"Since last week, I have had a major issue whereby I am not receiving emails from certain people. I know of at least 2 people who I have spoken to on the phone as I didn't receive emails I was expecting. There could be more, but sadly I have no way of knowing.
There is no bounce back sent to the sender, so they assume that I received the email. No settings have changed on my side and no quota issues are present."
I am currently having this same issue. One email has been sent repeatedly over the last week from an @comcast.net related domain and the other from @overheaddoorpartsonline.com, neither of which show up in Spam or Inbox. Also, another user on our domain keeps getting an error when an email comes in stating: "Unable to connect to messaging server" but if he refreshes the browser for the web interface, the email shows up and the message goes away. All of our users use the web interface, some use the old version and some use the new version, however the issue occurs to this particular user whether he uses the old or new version. It does NOT happen to any other user. Suggestions to either issue?
