We are here with a minor enhancement in email integration in Zoho CRM.
Emails have become the primary mode of communication these days. Because of which mailboxes are getting overly cluttered day after day. To help you moderate this, we have come up with a new field called "Sync emails from" in the integration stage itself.

In Zoho CRM, you can integrate your mailbox via IMAP or POP protocols and your emails will be displayed inside SalesInbox. Until now, all emails present in your mailbox were synchronized with CRM.
However, as a business, you might not require all those emails—some might be too old for your current business. Those irrelevant emails are probably cluttering your mailbox and consuming your email storage limits.
With this enhancement, you can choose the period from when you want to synchronize your emails with Zoho CRM— from the beginning of the time of your mailbox creation or from a specific date, during integration.
How will this enhancement benefit you?
At Zoho CRM, we are constantly refining our email feature so that you can enjoy a flexible usage.
Among the latest ones was this: The ability to view the email storage usage in the storage dashboard. This dashboard will give the usage stats org-wise and user-wise. While we haven't enforced a maximum limit for email storage yet, it is very much underway and when it gets rolled out, businesses might need to regulate their email storage and this sync from option will help them reconsider their choice of retaining their older emails from synchronization—thereby saving storage space.
