I love your product and will even more once I learn a couple of techniques. I am trying your product initially for a small group of my sales team and would like to roll it out across the whole company.

In reports I really want to show results based on monthly and quarterly totals. A good example of this is Closed Potentials (sales in other words). When I create a report and group things they only seem to group by day. The other choices do not seem to be functional. Is there a trick to turning them on? How can I make this happen?

If I can get the grouping to work on the initial level it would be wonderful to then expand that to multiple levels. Monthly � Quarterly � Yearly. It looks like this should work but I am stuck.
