Hiding IP address when sending e-mails from Webmail interface

Why is my IP address exposed when I send an e-mail through your webmail interface? At least 2 topics from the past indicate that this is not normal behavior:

I used Zoho believing that my IP address should not be displayed to e-mail recipients in the header, but it is in fact displayed. I want to know why this is happening and why so long after those posts were made this is still a problem.
