Hi guys,
I don't see an option to associate a lead with a territory.
There are options for contacts, accounts and potentials but not for
leads. Is there a rationale behind this?
I also note that there is no capacity to mass assign Contacts or
Potentials to a territory, only Accounts. I understand that generally
a Contact/Potential would be linked to an Account but what do you do
if the client has already imported in a bunch of contacts without a territory?
