Zoho Recruit recently introduced the new Applications module. We are updating the Zoho Recruit integration in Zoho Analytics to support it. After you migrate to the Applications module in Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics will reflect the changes.
What's changing?
1. Module Changes
The Candidate vs Job Openings table is renamed to Applications.
Applications will sync as a separate default module, instead of a sub-module under Job Openings.
2. Field Changes
Stage Name is renamed to Hiring Pipeline.
Candidate Status for Job Opening is renamed to Application Status
Candidate Name field is removed from the Applications module. Use the First Name and Last Name fields from the Candidate table to create lookups.
Impact on Existing Reports
Renamed modules and fields will not affect your existing reports. Reports that use the removed Candidate Name field need a manual update.
Migration Process
If you have already migrated to the new Applications module in Zoho Recruit, the corresponding migration in Zoho Analytics will be handled automatically.
If any existing reports depend on the Candidate Name field, automatic migration will pause until you update them.
To resume migration, replace Candidate Name in the affected reports with the User Name field from the Users table.
Once these dependencies are resolved, migration will be completed automatically.
