Indeed Organic Posting - Support Retired for Staffing Agency Users

Dear Zoho Recruit Users,

Due to a policy change by Indeed, Organic Job Posting support for staffing agencies is no longer be available in all regions, except Japan. Keep in mind that Corporate HR edition accounts will not be impacted by this change in policy.

Impact on Zoho Recruit users

Indeed's policy change will result in the following changes in your Zoho Recruit account;

Users will no longer be able to post jobs to Indeed Organic.
The Indeed Organic job board will be removed from all Staffing Agency edition accounts.

If you are a Corporate HR (internal hiring) but are using the Staffing Agency edition, please write to us at support@zohorecruit.com. We will validate your company profile and make the necessary changes to your account.

Note:

Please be aware that Zoho Recruit can only facilitate the publishing of jobs in Indeed.
Indeed has full discretion over which jobs are allowed on their website and they reserve the right to classify companies as a recruitment agency or a corporate entity at their discretion.

Moving Forward

To continue leveraging Indeed's vast reach for your staffing needs, we recommend using the Indeed Sponsored job board. This paid option allows you to target qualified candidates and gain greater visibility for your open positions. Learn More

Configuring Indeed Sponsored

Follow the steps given below to configure the Indeed Sponsored in your Zoho Recruit account;

Navigate to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards and search for Indeed Sponsored using the filters on the left.
Enable the toggle and authenticate your Indeed account.
