Why sponsor jobs on Indeed?

Step #1: Enable Indeed Sponsored in Setup

1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
   
   
2. Search for Indeed Sponsored using the filters on the right-side and enable the toggle.
   
   
3. In the pop-up that is displayed, click Authenticate.
   
   
4. In Indeed's login page, do the following;
   
1. Enter your email address or mobile number registered with your Indeed account and click Continue.
   
   
2. Next, enter your Indeed account password and click Sign In.
   
   
3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number and click Submit.
   
   
4. Lastly, select which employer account you wish to link with Recruit.
   
   
5. You can now sponsor your jobs in Indeed with just a few clicks.
   

Step #2: Sponsor Jobs in Indeed

1. In the Job Openings module, go to the Job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.
   
   
2. Select Indeed Sponsored.
   
   
3. In the first pop-up that is displayed, fill-in details required to sponsor your job and click Save.
   
   
4. You will then see the campaign budget selection pop-up. Select an existing budget or enter your custom budget and click Sponsor Job.
   
   
1. If you are having trouble choosing a budget for your campaign, you can use Indeed's Budget Calculator to estimate how many applies you might get for a given budget and vice-verza.
   
   
5. Your preferences will then be saved. You can see total charges on the left side of your screen in the Sponsored Job Board Charges section.
   
   
6. Choose a Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform and click Publish.
   
   
7. Your job will then be sponsored in Indeed. Click Finish to continue
   
   

Note: The duration of your campaign (No. of days to expire) must be at least 7 days.

Step #3: Get insights for your published job

1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job opening and click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
   
   
2. Click Indeed Sponsored.
   
   
3. This will open a pop-up that displays the campaign analytics. From here, you can choose to change your campaign budget or duration by clicking Edit Campaign.
   

Step #4: Stop, Re-Sponsor, or Unpublish your campaign

Stop your Sponsor Campaign

1. Go to the job you wish to unpublish and click Sourcing Summary from the left side panel.
   
   
2. Click Indeed Sponsored.
   
   
3. In the pop-up that is displayed, click Stop Sponsoring.
   
   
4. Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up to stop the sponsored campaign. Your campaign will then be converted to a Free Post in Indeed.
   
   

Re-sponsor campaign

1. Go to the job opening and click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
   
   
2. Click Indeed Sponsored.
   
   
3. In the pop-up that is displayed, click Responsor.
   
   
4. The Campaign Duration will be auto-filled as 30 days and can be changed to fit your requirements. Click Sponsor Job when you are done.
   
   

Unpublish job post

1. Go to the job opening and click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
   
   
2. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to Unpublish your posting.
   
   
3. Confirm to unpublish your job.
