We're excited to announce the addition of Microsoft Teams to our suite of CRM chat integrations, which already includes
Cliq,
Slack, and
Google Chat.
With this new integration, sales teams can collaborate more efficiently by sharing records and receiving real-time notifications, speeding up their response times. Organizations that use Microsoft Teams can now seamlessly integrate it with Zoho CRM.
Admins can easily enable this integration for their organization.
Key Features:
Share CRM Records: Share CRM records directly with a user or a channel in Microsoft Teams. For instance, if you come across a note in a record and need to discuss it with the author, you can share the record in Teams and start your conversation right away.
Distribute Dashboard Charts: Share components of your dashboard with users or channels in Microsoft Teams. As a manager, you can quickly inform your team about target achievements by sharing the relevant dashboard chart on your team's channel.
Automatic Notifications: Receive automatic notifications in Microsoft Teams for various CRM events, such as messages from customers, anomalies detected by Zia, CRM record events, and CommandCenter journey events, ensuring you stay updated.
Access CRM Data: Use commands within Microsoft Teams to fetch CRM records from the Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules.
