Interview Insights now supports live video interviews


Reviewing long interview recordings can be time-consuming for recruiters. Identifying key discussion points, revisiting specific answers, and distinguishing between the interviewer's questions and the candidate's responses often means replaying portions of the recording multiple times. When evaluating several candidates, this adds to the time and effort involved in the hiring process.

Interview Insights now brings AI-powered transcription and summaries to live video interviews, in addition to one-way video interviews. Recruiters can review the interview conversation through a transcript and get a concise summary of the key discussion points, making it easier to revisit candidate responses and evaluate interviews without replaying the entire recording.

What's new  

Interview Insights helps recruiters review live video interviews without having to replay the entire recording.

The feature provides:

  • Interview transcripts: Review the interview conversation and revisit candidate responses.

  • AI-powered summaries: Get a concise overview of the interview and its key discussion points.

  • Faster reviews: Identify relevant details from the interview to support candidate evaluation.

How it works  

  1. Go to the Interviews module and click on the Video Interview you want to review.

  2. Navigate to the Evaluation tab.

You’ll find the Transcription and AI-generated Summary created by Zia.

Interview Insights processes the interview recording to generate a transcript and an AI-powered summary, helping recruiters review the conversation and identify important details without replaying the entire interview.
