Introducing MCP for Zoho CommunitySpaces

Hello everyone,

Your AI assistant can now share the community workload with you. Zoho CommunitySpaces supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), so you can link an AI assistant like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to your community and run it through plain language prompts.

What can you ask it to do?

Plan an event: “Create a community meetup event for [date] and draft a post to announce it.”
Recognize members: “Who has been replying to other members’ questions the most this quarter? Draft a thank-you post for them.”
Revive quiet areas: “Which Spaces have slowed down this month, and what could I post to get them going again?”
Report to your team: “Summarize this month’s community activity in a few lines I can paste into our weekly update.”

You approve before anything goes live

By default, the assistant prepares every action and waits for your go-ahead.

How to get started

Set up Zoho MCP and add Zoho CommunitySpaces as a tool. Here’s the set-up guide. To see everything MCP can do in your community, visit the MCP page.

MCP is available on all paid plans, and only the superhost and hosts can set it up.

Questions about setting it up? Write to us at support@zohocommunityspaces.com and we’ll walk you through it.

Regards,
The Zoho CommunitySpaces Team
