Prerequisites

• Your community contains accessible content such as posts, manuals, attachments, forum discussions, or announcements

• You have access to a supported MCP-compatible AI client, such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, or other MCP-enabled applications.

• MCP access is enabled for your Zoho services

• You have the necessary permissions to access the Community resources you want to expose through MCP

How to configure Zoho CommunitySpaces MCP 

1. Log in to your Zoho account and open the Zoho MCP console (https://mcp.zoho.com/mcp-client#/mcp-client/server).
   

2. In your MCP dashboard, click Create Server.
   
   
   
   

3. In the pop-up, enter a Server Name.

4. Click Create.

This MCP server will act as a bridge between Zoho CommunitySpaces and your AI client.

Once the server has been created, you can add Zoho CommunitySpaces product as a tool.

Adding Zoho CommunitySpaces as a Tool 

1. Open the MCP server you created.
