Introducing Offer Details Sync to Zoho People

We've introduced a new option for the Zoho People integration that allows you to push offer details when a candidate is converted to an employee. This simplifies your recruitment-to-onboarding process by seamlessly syncing critical offer information, like Date of Joining, CTC, etc.

How it works

Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho People and enable the Push Offer Details to Zoho People toggle.
Review the field mapping and click Proceed.
A separate section will then be created for Offer Details as shown below.

Benefits

HR teams can seamlessly transfer critical offer details like Date of Joining and CTC from Zoho Recruit to Zoho People, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience without manual data entry errors.

Use Case #2: Compliance and Record-Keeping

Accurate and automated syncing of offer details ensures compliance with organizational policies and keeps employee records consistent across systems for audits or future reference.

Use Case #3: Improve Hiring & HR Team Coordination

By syncing the latest accepted offer details directly into Zoho People, hiring and HR teams stay aligned, eliminating redundant communication and ensuring all stakeholders have up-to-date information.

Important Note

Access-Based Sync:
Offer details are synced only if the user performing the action has;

Access permissions for offer fields
Attachment permissions (for offer letters)

Fixed Field Mapping:
Field mapping is predefined and cannot be customized.
CTC Format:
The CTC field will sync only if its value is provided per month or per year.
Latest and relevant offers only

Only the latest accepted offer letter is pushed to Zoho People.
If both Permanent and Contract offers are present, only the Permanent offer is pushed.
