Introducing: Pause and Resume subscriptions with Zoho Subscriptions

Dear customers,


Zoho Subscriptions now allows you to pause and resume the subscriptions. This feature has been in beta for a while and we are releasing it for everyone now.

This feature has been requested by our users who belong to different industries. Consider this scenario where you are running a coaching institute. There might come a need to freeze the subscription during the vacation time. If you run a box business supplying goods on a monthly/quarterly basis, your customers might want to put it on hold when they go out for holidays. This feature can be extended and applied to any membership business like gyms, tutoring, and so on.

The main advantage is that by providing an option to pause a subscription, you are indirectly conveying to the customers that they can rely on you when it's time to resume. This also ensures, they do not switch vendors on their next purchase. It's a win-win for both parties!
