Zoho Subscriptions now allows you to pause and resume subscriptions as per your preference. If your client wants to suspend their subscription temporarily, you can quickly pause and resume it, rather than canceling and re-activating it. Canceling a subscription will impact your churn reports, whereas pausing it will not.
Being the holiday season, your clients might want to freeze their monthly or quarterly subscription until they are back from a vacation. By pausing and scheduling subscriptions to resume automatically on a set date, you're streamlining your cash flow and winning your clients' trust at the same time, by empowering them to choose when they should be charged.
