Introducing Zoho Directory Integration with CRM

Hello everyone,

We are introducing integration of CRM with Zoho Directory. We are rolling it out in a phased manner and will soon be available for all customers.

Benefits of the integration
The integration is aimed to give the CRM administrators a stronger hold on the organization's CRM account by enforcing password security, IP restrictions and other policies. Read more about Zoho Directory.

Here is the complete list of things you can do to secure your account: 
  • Single Sign On: SAML based custom authentication can be enabled for all users to login to CRM. 
  • Security Policies: Following types of security policies can be set:
  • Password Policy: You can mandate a strong password as per company's guidelines and also can set the periodic expiry dates. 
  • Multi-factor authentication: Add additional security layers like Touch ID or Push Notification to the CRM account using your phone.
  • Allowed IPs: Login can be restricted based on the IP addresses to avoid unnecessary logins from unknown places. 
  • Active Directory Sync: The Zoho Directory Sync tool allows to sync user details with their passwords in Active Directory (AD). 
  • Login History: The entire login history of the users will be captured - their time of login, devices, number of times they logged in and the apps they have logged in.
