We’re excited to share a few updates for Zoho Meeting.
Here's what we've been working on lately: Introducing the all-new Calls tab within Zoho Meeting and a file-sharing feature.
Business phone system integration
You can now have a unified calling and messaging solution for customer-facing teams from our online meeting software. Access calls inside Zoho Meeting with the click of a button. Both admins and super admins can click on the Calls tab or the Dialer icon in Zoho Meeting to enable the integration. Learn more
File sharing
We've been working on a file-sharing feature for hosts and participants to share materials such as PDFs, PPTs, and videos during online meetings. While scheduling meetings, you can now attach materials from your computer, WorkDrive, or library. Learn more

Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One now!
Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees. We have staff that do nothing but close tickets in desk all day long. These tickets represent their timesheet. I am evaluating Zoho Creator. However, I am seeing almost no layout control on a form. Just a basic 1 or 2 column format that is then imposed on the entire form.
