LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) is here. Your Zoho Recruit data (candidates, jobs, notes, stage updates, resume attachments, and more) now syncs with LinkedIn in real time.

Note: LinkedIn RSC is included with your LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate or RPS seat at no additional cost.

What LinkedIn RSC does

LinkedIn RSC streamlines the entire recruiting process by connecting LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit. Candidate activity, hiring progress, and recruiter actions can be shared between both platforms, reducing manual updates and helping teams collaborate more effectively. Learn more about RSC

In-ATS filter and indicator

Search LinkedIn Recruiter and instantly see which candidates are already in your Zoho Recruit pipeline—their stage, last activity, and who on your team is handling them. Or filter them out entirely and focus on new leads. LinkedIn RSC matches candidates between platforms by email address first, then phone number.

1-click export to Zoho Recruit

Export any LinkedIn profile to a Zoho Recruit job opening in one click. Name, location, employer, employment, education history, and other related profile details transfer instantly.

Limit: 300 exports per LinkedIn Recruiter seat per month.

Candidates who have disabled off-platform visibility in LinkedIn privacy settings cannot be exported. If a candidate closes their LinkedIn account post-export, Zoho Recruit flags it automatically within 30 days.

Every candidate record added from LinkedIn now has a live LinkedIn profile widget embedded, letting you see their up-to-date role, skills, experience, and more without leaving Zoho Recruit.
