LinkedIn RSC+ Activation Guide

Recruiters often switch between their ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates, manage applications, and collaborate with hiring teams. Without a direct connection between these systems, information can become fragmented, leading to duplicate work and outdated candidate records.

LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) bridges this gap by securely connecting Zoho Recruit with LinkedIn Recruiter. Once enabled, recruiters can view relevant hiring data across both platforms, keep candidate information synchronized, and ensure that access permissions remain consistent for all users.

What is LinkedIn RSC?

LinkedIn RSC is an integration between Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter that enables recruiters to work seamlessly across both platforms. It synchronizes recruiting data such as jobs, candidates, notes, and application statuses, helping teams reduce manual data entry and maintain a consistent hiring workflow.

With RSC enabled, recruiters can access relevant Zoho Recruit information directly within LinkedIn Recruiter, view LinkedIn activity inside Zoho Recruit, and keep candidate records up to date across both systems. This creates a more connected recruiting experience, improves collaboration between recruiters and hiring teams, and helps organizations make faster hiring decisions.

Key benefits

  1. Bi-directional data sync between Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  2. Unified candidate context with recruiting information available across both platforms.
  3. Reduced manual effort by automatically sharing updates and activity.
  4. Role-based access control that respects permissions configured in Zoho Recruit.
  5. Improved recruiter productivity by minimizing context switching between systems.
