Make Last Name field in Leads and Contacts Unrequired (workaround)
There has been a lot of talk regarding making Last Name field an unrequired field.
As it's not available yet here is a short tutorial video considering a workaround using import/export of translation in CRM. Also includes how you can undo if it's not the result you wanted.
