We are happy to announce that users can now manage all their data by seeing them in a sheet view in their Bigin iPhone/iPad app.
Scenario:
John Bailey, a general physician, works in a hospital and also owns a clinic. While traveling from the hospital to the clinic, he can glance through the appointments - patient details such as age, complaints, history of medication, follow up or new patient and other basic information through the sheet view in the mobile app. If additional information is needed, the doctor can simply tap on a patient’s name to open the complete patient record, which is especially useful for follow-up cases. This helps the doctor get a quick overview of the day and better prepare for upcoming consultations.
To access sheet view, Open the Bigin app > open any module> tap the view icon > select sheet view.
In sheet view, users can:
- Manage the fields in the columns to match their needs by adding or removing them. They can also search for the fields they want and add it as a column.
Sort the data in columns in ascending or descending order.
Sorting data is not applicable to certain specific fields. For example, in a column which contains the field currency, the data cannot be sorted.
- Resize the columns to match their level of readability.
Remove the columns which are deemed unnecessary.
The column carrying the record name cannot be removed.
- Colapse the rows to view the data in a more streamlined manner.
- Tap on the record name to go into the detail page of the record. If tapped on a mobile number, the dialer will be automatically opened, and if tapped on an email address, the email provider will be opened. So, users can view the record details, or call or email their customers directly from the sheet view.
