migrating from zoho docs to WorkDrive with a paid zoho mail account

migrating from zoho docs to WorkDrive with a paid zoho mail account

When I logged into zoho docs today:


I was met with the following banner:

Zoho Docs will be discontinued on Feb. 15, 2023. Migrate all your users and data to WorkDrive. Learn moreMigrate Now

The Migrate Now links to:


However when I click on it, it goes to


It must be redirecting.

It brought me to my mail admin account, not my zoho docs account.

I think that's because somehow my zoho mail account which is paid is linked to my zoho docs account.

I can't tell whether I have an individual or business account (how can I tell?).

I read your document on the migration here:


but it did not cover my case, I don't think.

The help page said to:

  1. Click the Settings icon at the top-right corner, then select Admin Panel.
  2. Click the WorkDrive Migration tab.

But as I said i'm in my mail admin page, and there's a settings icon but no WorkDrive Migration tab.

It said "contact us at support@zohoworkdrive.com if you have any questions." so I will do that but I wanted to also post this in the community in case it might help others.
