Minor Enhancements in Multiple Scoring Rules
We have made two minor enhancements to Multiple Scoring Rules.
- Using custom modules in scoring rules: Currently, scoring rules can be configured for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals modules. Hereon, you can configure rules for custom modules as well.
- Removing touchpoint scores for Accounts, Deals, and Custom modules: Currently, records in the leads, contacts, accounts, and deals modules display scores under the following categories:
- Positive Touchpoint
- Negative Touchpoint
We have removed the positive and negative touchpoint scores for Accounts, Deals, and Custom module as records from these modules do not have touchpoints with prospects or customers directly.
