We're using MS Exchange to manage our emails and syncing them with Zoho CRM.

Everything works fine with the IMAP standard email connection. 

Except that it's not possible to manage the synchronization in order to delete emails in Exchange while preserving them in CRM.

We're looking into the "Microsoft Exchange for Zoho CRM" add-on.

It seems to be connecting directly with the MAPI protocol of MS Exchange allowing to manage the sync settings. But the documentation doesn't explain much about the sync settings.

Does this add-on will allow us to delete emails in Exchange while preserving them in CRM? And how?
