We are thrilled to announce that Multilingual Knowledge Base is now available for beta access. This will be a big enhancement to your efforts in providing self-service for customers across the world.
Here's what we have in store:
A Knowledge Base that speaks their language: With Multilingual Knowledge Base, you will be able to create and manage articles in multiple languages to support customers from different regions.
More categories to boot: Users can now associate multiple categories to each department in their Knowledge Base.
These features, used alongside with User Groups, make it easy to personalize and manage your content for different groups of users.
We're excited to have you try out this new feature and give us your feedback! You can request access to the beta version of this feature here.
Once your beta access has been enabled, log in to our Help Center and find the help documentation for the feature here
- This feature will only be available for users in Professional and Enterprise plans.
- Once the feature is enabled, the primary language used will be included in the Help Center URL.
- If you have already submitted a Sitemap, please generate and submit a new Sitemap, to update it for other languages.

Hi All Im afraid we are facing an issue with Desk where responses from Desk are being sent out multiple times. We have all hands on board and we are working on fixing this. Until now, you could modify layouts and create custom fields only at the organization level. Today, we've made layouts more customizable. Each department can now have its own layout.
