New outgoing proxy IP addresses for IN data centers

We are adding new outgoing proxy IP addresses for the Zoho DataPrep IN data center.
If you have allowlisted Zoho DataPrep's outgoing proxy IP addresses, you must add the following new IP addresses before September 12, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. These IP addresses must be added in addition to your existing allowlist entries. Please do not remove any of your current entries.

Who does this change impact?

This change applies only if you:

  • Use Zoho DataPrep in the India (IN) Data Center, and

  • Have whitelisted Zoho DataPrep's existing outgoing proxy IP addresses in your firewall or network to allow connections to external systems such as databases, APIs, FTP/SFTP servers, or other data sources.

If you do not use IP whitelisting, no action is required.

NotesNote: If your FTP/FTPS server is configured to accept connections only from whitelisted IP addresses, you must add the new IP addresses to the allowlist as well.

If you have configured IP whitelisting for Zoho DataPrep, please update your firewall or network allowlist to include the new outgoing proxy IP addresses before September 12, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

What happens if I don't update my whitelist?

If you don't add the new outgoing proxy IP addresses to your firewall or network allowlist, Zoho DataPrep may not be able to connect to your external systems when traffic is routed through the new IP addresses. This may affect imports, exports, and scheduled jobs that rely on IP whitelisting.

Why are we making this change?

As proxy traffic in the India (IN) Data Center continues to increase, we are expanding the available proxy IP addresses to improve high availability, distribute the traffic efficiently, and provide redundancy for external connections.
