New outlook plugin - mail sync doesn't work

Hello,

I am kind of lost with the new Outlook plugin. I should be able to automatically synchronize my outgoing mails with Zoho (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/plug-in-for-ms-outlook-2013-automatic-sync-and-many-more-enhancements and http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/outlook/configure-plug-in-for-ms-outlook.html#Configure_Mail_Settings).
I tried to configure the plugin :
  • the "Apply" button works fine as I get the message "Updated successfully"
  • the "Save" button doesn't fire anything, I have to cancel

My issues and questions :

  1. I cannot configure anything on the Contact or Mail tabs because it doesn't save my changes. Is there anything wrong in my install? Or should I simply use the "Apply" button
  2. The outgoing emails are not synced with Zoho CRM. I've read somewhere that my Contacts needed to by synced with Outlook and have the right Contact Category. Is this correct? And would that be enough?
  3. I'd rather have the old version with the "Send and add" button. Is there any way to download it from an old repo? (even if no longer supported)
