
Zoho Sprints comes with data analysis capabilities like reports and dashboards that enable the project teams to introspect quantifiable information. These reports and dashboards are project specific.
Recently, a user contacted us regarding a requirement for global reports and dashboards that help analyze the workspace level or org level data. We currently do not possess the required faculty for global reports and dashboards. However, integration with Zoho Analytics will serve as a workaround for this requirement.
Zoho Analytics integration
Integrating with Zoho Analytics, an in-house cloud tool, helps visualize quantitative data within your Zoho Sprints workspace across projects, releases, and work items.
Sync your Zoho Sprints and Zoho Analytics workspace to enable data interaction between the two applications. Allow the latter to generate cross-project comparisons of items, releases, bugs, and log hours in Zoho Sprints.
Zia insights
Utilize Zia insights to dissect the data generated in the reports and charts, to predict performance trends, and to arrive at comprehensive business conclusions.
Analytics Web Tab
The web tab option in Zoho Sprints enables you to add Zoho Analytics as a quick access tab in the global view of your Sprints workspace. (You can also embed the reports as project level web tabs.)
Obtain the embed link from Analytics to create the web tab. You can also implement access control by choosing accessibility and profile specifications. This ensures that users with specific profile permissions only access the web tab containing the Analytics data.
