Offline support for mobile app


Accessing your files and folders from your mobile devices is now quicker and simpler, thanks to the power of offline support. Whether on an Android or iOS device, you can use the Offline function to save files and folders, so you can review them even when you have poor (or no) network connectivity.

Here’s how you can save your files and folders offline:
  1. Open your WorkDrive mobile app.
  2. Find a file or folder and press More Options (...) to the right of your selected item.
  3. From the menu, select Make Offline.
There is a separate folder for the items you save offline. Here, files and folders up to 1GB can be stored.


You never know when a network error will occur, so remember to save your most important files offline.
