Associating Multiple Tickets To A Forum Post

Hi, everyone! 

Thank you all, heartily, for posting feature and enhancement requests across all modules on the community forums. We are grateful for your synergy, support, and suggestions right from the get-go.

After much deliberation, we have decided to post a few ideas—excerpts from your comments and posts—on the forums to collate your use cases and upvotes. That would help us expedite the existing tasks and revisit the priorities of the functionalities on the cards to an extent. 

To start with, here's a functionality from the Community module: 

We have received a sprinkling of requests for the functionality to link multiple tickets to forum posts. While Parent Child Ticketing Extensions serve as a workaround to map and track the tickets, we understand there are certain limitations to the same. It is evident that linking pertinent tickets to the forum posts would enable us unearth the cruciality of the case. In addition to the above, it also proves useful for gauging maintenance and reporting purposes. 

We are all ears to hear more use cases on the aforesaid premises. Upvote this idea and share your use cases with us so as to increase the priority of this work-item, which is already on the cards.
