Hi, I'm having exactly the same problem described here but it seems the thread is closed so I'm opening a new one.
Unfortunately the thread doesn't have a solution that works. Here is my situation:
I'm admining Zoho on behalf of a two person team: me and my colleague. I opened my account and created an email that, in hindsight, he should own and not me (say
info@domain.com).
I tried deleting the account to reacreate it under his user but I can't seem to find a way. I run into the same problems on the link above.
