Recent updates in: Zia Image Validation, Business card view, Cliq notifications, and Dashboards

In our recent updates we rolled-out the following:
Permission to configure image validation rule and review images
Two new profile permissions are added for Zia's Image Validation: Manage Configuration and Manage Actions. These can be enabled only for users with Administrator profiles. Read more
- Manage configuration: Users with this permission can only create, edit, view, enable, disable or delete a rule. They cannot review the images.
- Manage action: Users with this permission can review the images and approve or reject them. These users will not be allowed to view or create a rule.
Disable business card view from record detail page
We are allowing users to disable the business card view from the record detail page in case they don't need it. They can disable from the record detail page or layout editor. Read more
Workflow notifications via Cliq
While configuring workflows, you can set whether notifications must be sent to users other than the Cliq users or channels. Read more
You can select users from the following:
- Users associated with modules - CRM users who are associated with the module for which you are configuring the workflow rule. You can choose the record owner or his manager, record creator, or any user from the custom fields.
- Users from related modules - You can also select the record owners, record creators, and custom user fields from related modules. For example, you can select users from deals as well as its associated modules like accounts, contacts, campaigns.
Instant and scheduled actions - Notifications via Cliq, Slack, and Cisco can be triggered through instant and scheduled actions. Read more
