Hello,

I setup email inside Zoho CRM so i can track if emails are opened and if links are clicked.

This works perfectly.

However, there is a way, using SalesIQ (apparently), to know what the person clicking the link did on the website (e.g : analytics of the pages visited and duration etc). I am not able to make it work and spent hours now. It is said in the documentation : https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/integrations/zoho/zoho-salesiq/articles/zoho-salesiq-crm-integrations#Setting_Other_Configurations

But it is clearly not working, i don't get any "insert SalesIQ link" when composing emails as indicated on the picture of the help link above.

Can anyone tell how this is possible please ?
