With the rise in security breaches and compromised passwords, keeping your account secure has become more challenging. To address this and enhance security of the help center, businesses can enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the Help Center account.
When MFA is enabled, users need to enter both their password and a time-based one-time password (TOTP) while signing in. This additional step ensures that even if the password is compromised, the account cannot be accessed without the TOTP.
Navigate to Setup > Channels > Help Center > User Authentication > Enable MFA to enable MFA for Help Center.
Note: Any of the authenticator apps - Zoho OneAuth, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Duo Auth can be used for MFA authentication.
