Send as Reply to Mass Email. Sending follow up emails in the same thread for Campaigns. (FOR CRM, Campaigns, and Marketing Automation)

Send as replies: Make mass emails indistinguishable from individual emails for more effective campaigns

This would be an awesome feature to have in the Zoho ecosystem. There shold be be an option when setting up campaigns to send a follow up email as a part of the same thread or as a new email all together. When you send replies to a mass email it doesn't look like a mass email anymore it looks like a person following up in the same email thread and it adds a personal touch.  This was my favorite feature of an application called Gmass. I included a link on exactly how they implemented this in their application. 

In the world of marketing to today's people, any way we can have a leg up on appearing personalized helps convert.

This is how it would look in the same Email thread:

EMAIL 1
From: Matt (me)
Subject: Blowout Sale!!!! 
Content: (insert a bunch of information and content on the sale

(Wait 3 days *client didnt open*)

Email 2 *within same thread
From: Matt (me)
Content: Hey James Just wanted to bring this back up to the top of your inbox did you get a chance to check it out?

(Wait a Day *client opened*)

Email 3 *within same thread
From: Matt (me)
Content: James, I really thought this would this would be great for you I'm excited to hear what you have to say!

(Wait a Day *client opened*)

Email 4: *within same thread*
From: Matt (me)
Content: Yoooooo send me a reply if youre getting these emails. I keep trying to bring it to the top of your inbox and am not sure if you got a chance to check it out yet. 


and so on and so forth. 

This kind of tactic works WONDERS for me.

Sending different emails based on if the client opens an email or replies to an email.
