Hello,

I just received a notification saying that my Zoho Mail account has been blocked for not having enough storage on the 5G account. However, I only have 4 e-mails in my inbox. How can this be fixed?
My account is: goride@flowridge.com

Also, I check zoho emails on my gmail account. However I keep getting this error message:
Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password.
Server returned error: "Authentication failed"

I changed the zoho password and put the correct one on both zoho an gmail and still keep getting this error message.

Also, for some reason Zoho keeps notifying me to verify spf records on my domain. I already did and have these records which seem to be correct, but still keep getting error messages:
TXT@v=spf1 include:servers.mcsv.net ?all1 HourEdit
TXT@v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all600 seconds

Please advise on how I can resolve these issues soon. I recently sent an email to zoho support but got no reply. This matter is urgent because this account is for my business. Looking forward to your response.
