We're back with another Zoho Show feature in the spotlight.
Consider this scenario: Zylker IT Services, a multinational corporation, has released a new product. They must create a sales deck in order to pitch it to their global partners. It can be time consuming to create a deck for each region or to copy and paste slides between decks. While the majority of the slides will be the same, there may be some necessary changes that are region specific (for instance, pricing).
With Zoho Show's Custom Slideshow feature, you can customize a single slide deck to present to different audiences.
What is the Custom Slideshow feature?
The Custom Slideshow feature allows you to create multiple slide decks from one presentation. This will help you present to different audiences without having to create a distinct deck for each one.
How do you create a custom slideshow?
Click Settings in the top-left corner of your window and select Custom Slideshow. Your slides will be listed in the left pane. Hover over the slides you want to choose and click the + button in the middle of the slide to add it to your custom slideshow. The selected slides will appear on the right pane.
By default, the slideshow will be named "Untitled slideshow_1". You can click on the title to rename it.
Can you rearrange your selected slides?
Yes. You can drag and place the slides in the left pane to arrange them according to your preference
How do you manage your custom slideshows?
Click More in the bottom-right corner of your screen. is used to create a new custom slideshow, to create a duplicate copy, and to delete a slideshow.
How many custom slideshows can you create?
You can create any number of custom slideshows from a presentation.
How do you play a custom slideshow?
Click the Play option in the top bar. You can choose which presentation you will deliver to your audience.
You can also play a presentation directly from the Custom Slideshow window.
