I hope all of you are doing well. We're happy to announce three recent enhancements we've made to Bigin. We'll go over each one in detail.
Bigin integration with Zoho LandingPageYou now have the ability to connect Bigin with Zoho LandingPage. Upon setting up this integration, any form submissions in your landing page will automatically generate new contacts in Bigin. To integrate Zoho LandingPage with Bigin, please refer this help document.
Export stage history Previously, in Bigin, you were only allowed to export pipeline records. However, with this enhancement, you can now also export the stage history of each pipeline.
When exporting a pipeline stage history, all the stage histories of the sub-pipelines within that particular pipeline are also included. The stage history is exported as a CSV file.
Automatically reopen Email-In records
We're introducing a new configuration to Email-In settings. Once you turn this configuration on, pipeline records that have been previously closed will be re-opened automatically when a customer replies to that record. For instance, let's say a support request has been transitioned to a closed stage, such as "resolved". If a customer subsequently replies to that email thread, the system will automatically shift the record from the closed stage ("resolved") back to an open stage ("reopened").
You can enable this configuration by editing an email alias that has been created in the Email-In topping and turning on the Reopen Closed Records On Customer Reply toggle button. You can also set this configuration while creating a new email alias in Email-In.
You can choose from various closed stages and then select the particular open stage you wish to transition to.
