The Social Wall: April 2025

Hey everyone,

Welcome to the April edition of the Social Wall, where we keep you in loop about the latest feature updates, changes, and more. Let's see how April went by:

Manage and respond to comments on your Threads posts from Inbox

With the latest addition of Threads to Inbox, you can view, manage, and respond to comments on your Threads posts directly from the module. No more switching apps or the fear of missing out on any engagement, as you've got everything right there within reach. Whether you're handling customer queries, brand engagement, or just want to keep the conversation going, this update makes it simpler and faster for you. You can also assign the interaction to anyone in your team along with a priority level among low, medium, and high; so you have the transparency of seeing who's working on an interaction in your team. With this, you get to see all your comments in real time, reply instantly from the unified dashboard, and keep track of all engagement effortlessly.

Try out Threads from Inbox today, and stay on top of all audience interactions!

You've been asking for this feature for so long, and we heard you! You can now understand how well you're using your hashtags through detailed hashtag reports for the supported social media channels (excluding Pinterest and Google Business Profile). You can identify trends by analyzing which topics are gaining traction in real time through various metrics such as top-performing hashtags, engagement actions based on channels, impressions, and views. Measuring your campaign performance by analyzing specific hashtags' reach can help you plan ahead and also alter your content strategy wherever required.

What are you waiting for? Start using high-performing hashtags and reach a larger audience to grow your brand.

Changes in Instagram metrics

With certain changes and restrictions in the Instagram API, some metrics available for Instagram under the Reports module and Post statistics have been discontinued from Zoho Social.

The metrics no longer available are:
  1. Reels Play vs Reach (under Reels and Engagement reports)
  2. Viewing top reels based on the total number of plays  (under Reels and Engagement reports)
  3. Plays (under individual Post statistics)
