Hello everyone!
We're back with another interesting WorkDrive tip for this week. If you'd like to read our previous articles in the Tips and Tricks series, you can find them here.
In today's post, we'll show you how you can have constant access to all your files, even with a restricted internet connection.
Ensure your team files are always within reach with the WorkDrive mobile apps for both iOS and Android. You can view, share, and add comments to files directly from your mobile devices. You can also save files and folders offline to view them even without an internet connection. This way, you can access all your files wherever you go.
You can also use the WorkDrive Desktop Sync and the TrueSync apps when you want offline access to files from your desktop.
The Desktop Sync app is available for Windows, Mac, and Ubuntu Linux. Sync files and folders to your desktop to work on them any time. Work on files offline and your changes will automatically be synced when you go online.
If you are someone who is worried about utilizing all your device storage, then give the WorkDrive TrueSync app a try.
With the TrueSync app you can view a mirror image of all your WorkDrive files right on your desktop, while ensuring your hard drive storage stays intact.
When you download the app, all your WorkDrive files will by default be in the online-only mode and will not occupy any of your desktop space. Once you open a file, it will be temporarily downloaded onto your device while you view and edit it.
Once you make a file or a folder available offline, they will occupy storage on your hard disk. In this mode, you can work on these files and all the changes made to files will automatically be synced to the cloud.
