Comments section not working with new version

In the CASES module, sine the new version, our Comments (under Internal Comments) section will not allow us to edit.  I checked permissions, but nothing seems to work.

Hello!

I believe that you are referring to the comments which are shown in the comment information.  If so, sorry that we do not have an option to edit those comments.  You can only add comments by clicking on 'Add comments' which shows below the 'Solution Information'.

Please elaborate with screenshots if my understanding is wrong!

I don't need to EDIT comments, but I cannot see where/how we can add comments here.
