On May 21, 2020, we announced Zoho CRM's Remote Sales Office as an initiative to bring immense value to collaborative sales teams who work from anywhere. This was always intended to be a paid add-on, but we felt last year's situation warranted this to be a free offering so that businesses across all sizes and segments could benefit from it.
Starting this week, Remote Sales Office will be priced at $3/user/month. However if you are an existing user of Remote Sales Office, you can use it for free till February 28th, 2021.
What's changed?
Zoho Showtime will no longer be a part of Remote Sales Office. However, you can install the Zoho Showtime integration from the Zoho CRM Marketplace for free.
How does the pricing model work?
Customers who sign up for a trial version of Zoho CRM will be offered a trial of Remote Sales Office for 15 days. Existing customers who haven't installed Remote Sales Office can also avail the 15-day trial period. Existing customers of Remote Sales Office get it for free till February 28th, 2021. After that, they can follow the below steps to make the purchase.
To purchase Remote Sales Office
1. Go to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho.
2. In the Remote Sales Office banner, check Setup Remote Sales Office.
3. You will be redirected to the purchase window.
4. In the Buy Subscription window, click Make Payment.
Please keep in mind that Remote Sales Office needs to be purchased for the entire organisation, for example - if you have 30 CRM user licenses, you need to purchase 30 Remote Sales Office licenses as well. For more on Remote Sales Office, please read the help document here.
