Updates to Zoho CRM Term of use

Hello Enterprise Support Community!

We are expanding the Notification SMS feature to US customers soon! Before we do that Zoho needs to comply with US local regulation which means our Terms of Use is required to be updated.

Our Legal team has advised that we notify customers of these new terms at least 30 days before they take effect. You may have already gotten an email as we have started notifying customers already. Soon a pop-up banner will inform customers within the CRM itself as well. The banner will appear in a freezer layer which will require customers to to accept the terms by clicking 'Done' to proceed further.

These terms will apply only to customers that choose to use the SMS Notification feature but all users will need to agree to our terms regardless.
