Seems CRM team is not taking
Whatsapp integration seriously. While Facebook
already has 63 Whatsapp partners, some of which are very small, that have already completed API integration. Maybe the social team could take over this project from CRM and get it accomplished. After social has it deployed we can use social to integrate with CRM, the standard zoho workflow. Seems odd that this is not being taken seriously by CRM team, a topic with 30k views on that tread alone (there are other threads with 30k plus as well).
