Let’s say you’re setting up the Deals module and you want the pipeline to feel more real than just raw Amount. You decide to create a Forecast Amount that’s stage-weighted, so a deal in Qualification contributes only a small portion, while a deal in Negotiation carries much more weight, and Closed Won gets counted fully. Instead of building a long formula from scratch and double-checking every bracket and function, you can just describe this logic in plain language. Zia generates the formula expression, you quickly review it, make small edits if needed, and insert it into the Formula Expression box.
Again, imagine your list view is packed and you want a quick way to spot which deals need attention first. You create an Urgency Score that naturally pushes high-value deals with higher probability and closer closing dates to the top. Again, you describe what you’re trying to achieve, Zia generates the expression, and you insert it without spending time figuring out the exact syntax.
