Zia - Generative AI for publishing posts in Zoho Social

Generative AI is a type of Artificial Intelligence that uses existing content to create new content in the form of text, video, audio, or images by processing a large volume of data. It can be used to create blogs, social media posts, and emails, or to summarize long form content and a lot more. All these rely on the PROMPT.

What's a prompt?

If you're an artist, you might be familiar with Inktober, which is a month-long art challenge in October focusing on improving your skill and developing a habit. It usually comes with a set of prompts, one for each day of the month consisting of keywords that can help spark an idea. 



Similarly, to help generative AI create new, high quality content, we need to come up with a prompt that conveys all our requirements. There is no such thing as a good or a bad prompt, but it can work well when your prompt has detailed context, loaded with all the information that can help the generative AI tool understand better.
 
For example,
Prompt 1: Write about generative AI for content creators
Prompt 2: Create a Twitter thread on how generative AI can help content creators; also, repurpose the content for an Instagram Reel.
 
While Prompt 1 will get you all the information that you need, it's prompt 2 that has more context. It just makes it easy for the generative AI tool to understand and tailor the responses accordingly.

Introducing Zia - Generative AI in Zoho Social

We're excited to introduce Zia's generative AI capabilities, powered by OpenAI, to Zoho Social. With Zia, you'll be able to do the following:

Create different types of social media content

The Compose with Zia option in Zoho Social lets you create posts, Instagram captions, Twitter posts, and Twitter threads. You can also generate hashtags based on the prompt and regenerate the content if it's not satisfactory.

Zia can generate content in any language of your choice that is specified in the prompt. This can help you create posts catering to a wide range of audience.



Accessing Zia (powered by OpenAI) in Zoho Social

The generative AI capabilities of Zia work by integrating with OpenAI, so you'll need an OpenAI account. You can then start using Zia (powered by OpenAI) by generating your OpenAI secret key and adding it to Zoho Social. It's only available for customers from US data centers at the moment.

Points to remember

  • A paid OpenAI account is required to set up the integration.
  • Only the admin of the organization can set up the integration.
  • The same OpenAI secret key can be used across all Zoho products.
