Zoho CRM Changing "From" Address of Email notifications to users in the CRM

This is something that the current guides for are outdated, from the look of it. 

Guides like this tell you a certain way of doing it, but the "From" address field is no longer there:

Wondering if someone could help shed light on whether this ability has been removed, or if it's simply something that's harder to spot now.
