Now available on both iOS and Android, Dynamic Display lets you customize the mobile list view by selecting up to nine fields to display. CRM Migration Tip:

One of the community members shared their experience migrating from Pipedrive to Zoho CRM. While most data transferred smoothly, emails linked to Deals, Contacts and Customers were initially missing. The issue was resolved by connecting the mail account using IMAP, which successfully synced and linked the emails. Read the full post for more details and join the conversation.

Mail Merge & Subforms : Formatting Fixes!

@Damien T was working on pulling subform data into merge documents but ran into two issues: the header text wasn't appearing, and the subform values were splitting into separate lines instead of a displaying in a clean table format. Thankfully, @Bhoomi Joshi stepped in and clarified how to set up the template correctly so that the subform data aligns properly, keeping the rows and headers intact.
