So we are trying to get this customer to switch over to Zoho Desk.
During the demo they came in with a question after and I was not able to find the solution.
So in Zoho CRM you have a concept of Account Hierarchy where let's say office 2 reports to office 1 and office 3 reports to office 1 as well.
I can't find a way to get this done in Zoho Desk and the reason we need that is the following.
We would nee Joe from Office 1 to be able to see all tickets of Office 1, Office 2 and Office 3.
In the portal i can set it so a user see all the tickets of the customers that are part of the same Account. But since Joe can only be part of Office 1 he would not be able to see the tickets from Office 2 and Office 3.
Any way to get over this beside providing a Zoho Desk license with restriction ?
