zoho forms not able to reset my user TFA

zoho forms not able to reset my user TFA

Hi,

I am facing a problem, I added a user under zoho form, the user lost his TFA and want to reset.
As a Admin I look at the following help article, but I cannot find the user email in any of the 3 portals.


Please help.
